Februaury Median home price was $390,000 with 42 sales.

Who cares what the stock market is doing! I think we here in lovely Carmichael are doing just fine in our market! Search all the homes in carmichael here!

December Carmichael Home Price

The Medain Home Price for December 2006 was $382,250 with 48 sales. Not a bad December at all! Especially considering the slow season and slow market.

The November Median Home Price for Carmichael

The November Median Sales Price in Carmichael was $390,000 with 52 sales. So you can see we have been all over the map. However, 52 sales is above average for the season. It seems to me and other agents I've talked to that the market may be beginning to turn around. Only time will tell!
