Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been really busy working with some great clients! I am excited to tell you about 2 of these clients and the AWESOME deals they are getting a on fabulous Carmichael homes! I can't tell you what they are paying for these homes because they are still in contract but man, are they excited! With my time tested negotiating skills we got maybe up to $200,000 of walk in equity between these two homes.
Here's the first home:
2,100 square feet on a quiet cul-de-sac with only 2 other homes. It sits on a huge .28 acre lot and it just in a prime location a few blocks form the river in Carmichael. The house was listed at $465,000 but my clients got an even better price on this superbly priced home. Just amazing! And there are more of these out there!
The other home I'm excited about is this one on Marble Way: 
This is about 2,100 square feet on a quarter acre as well. It is also on a very quiet, tree lined street in Carmichael! My clients got an awesome price on this updated home and are so excited about this fantastic home where their kids can stretch their legs.
I'll tell you, now is a great time to buy! And I've been really surprised by all the recent action. There have been a lot of people buying homes this winter just due to the fact they are scoring awesome homes at prices that would have been unattainable just a year ago. It makes me so happy to see good people get into the home of their dreams they thought they might not be able to afford. It's what my job as a Real Estate Consultant is all about and it brings a smile to my face to see my clients cry with joy.
